Designed and supported a messaging solution for 4,000 users operating under 180 different domains. Developed several custom applications to reduce complexity and time spent in the areas of server and account maintenance, provisioning, and decomissioning. Prepared and executed migration plans to migrate users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007, EmailXtender to Fortiva/Proofpoint archiving. Support and maintain Active Directory, CLARiiON systems, Cisco MDS infrastructure, Recoverpoint, and VMWare ESX. Provided extensive documentation, tutorials, and operation guides in an environment with little or no previous documentation.
